What counts as retail versus non-retail?+
Retail generally means selling physical products from a shopfront or online store. Service businesses — trades, professional services, clinics, agencies and similar — are non-retail. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll tell you which applies.
Do I own my website and domain?+
Yes. Your domain, website and content are yours. We set everything up and support it for you, but you keep ownership.
